1:1 Online Tutoring
Overview:
Zoom allows me to work with your child one-to-one via a webcam function. Your child will be able to access and interact with resources that I have prepared specifically for them using the remote control function.
The resources used in an online session are very similar to those used in a face-to-face session. Your child will still be able to complete activities and play academic games - just electronically rather than on printed paper.
What will I need?
Your child will need to have access to a laptop/desktop/tablet with a camera & microphone function (most tablets and laptops have this built in). I will email you a link which will take you directly to the online tutoring page where I will be waiting for you. If you are using an iPad or Chromebook you may be required to download Zoom (free).
How many sessions?
I kindly ask that you commit to a minimum of 1 session per week during term time. This ensures continuity with your child's tutoring to help achieve the best outcomes.
Cost?
FREE initial first 45 minute session to help get you set up and familiar with online tutoring and to undertake an initial assessment of your child's needs.
£25 - 1 hour
